Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Blue Collar Command Center ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including company administrators and their employees.

Description of Service

Blue Collar Command Center is a time tracking application designed for construction and trade companies. The Service allows companies to track employee work hours, generate reports, and manage job data. The Service includes AI-powered features such as automated time entry audits, anomaly detection, and bid estimation tools.

Account Responsibilities

• ▸You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• ▸You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ▸You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• ▸You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• ▸You are responsible for ensuring that your employees' use of the Service complies with applicable law.

Employee Data & Location Tracking

As a company administrator, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your employees before entering their data into the Service. You represent that you have the legal right to collect and store employee time and work data.

• GPS Location: If enabled by your company, the Service captures GPS coordinates at clock-in and clock-out. You are responsible for notifying employees that their location is being collected, disclosing this in any required employment agreements or notices, and complying with all applicable state and local laws governing employee location tracking.
• Passkey / Biometric Authentication: If employees use passkey (Face ID or fingerprint) authentication, this feature uses your device's built-in biometric hardware. We store only a cryptographic public key — not raw biometric data. You are responsible for ensuring employees are aware of and consent to this authentication method where required by law.

AI-Powered Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze time card data, flag potential anomalies, and generate reports and estimates. You acknowledge that:

• ▸AI-generated audit results and estimates are advisory only and should be reviewed by a human before acting on them.
• ▸Time card data may be transmitted to Anthropic (our AI provider) for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• ▸AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• ▸You are responsible for informing employees that AI tools are used to analyze their time data where required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ▸Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• ▸Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• ▸Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• ▸Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent time entries.
• ▸Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• ▸Use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge or consent.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not store your full payment card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data.Privacy Policy

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Beta Service

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, and we may experience bugs or data issues. By using the beta Service, you acknowledge these risks. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data but cannot guarantee it during the beta period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Command Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes any reliance on AI-generated audit results, location data, or automated reports.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
